Jhansi: Shree Ji Jewellery owner’s son Aman Agarwal caught on CCTV harassing hotel Female staff, arrested after complaint

Khabar 24 Express | Crime Report | Jhansi : A major incident from Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi district has sparked outrage, after Aman Agarwal, the son of a prominent Jhansi-based jewellery businessman (Shree Ji Jewellery), was caught on CCTV allegedly harassing and assaulting a female hotel staffer.

The CCTV footage, now widely circulating online, shows Aman Agarwal (Shree Ji Jewellery) entering the hotel with two women. Appearing visibly intoxicated, he is seen interacting with the receptionist at the hotel bar. In the clip shared by journalist Sachin Gupta, Aman is seen holding the receptionist’s hand and allegedly kissing her on the cheek.

Another clip shows Aman walking towards the lift but stopping again to forcibly grab the receptionist’s hand and kiss her. The victim appears visibly uncomfortable and distressed during the entire incident.

According to media reports, the receptionist filed a formal complaint alleging sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour. Acting on the complaint, Nawabad Police in Jhansi arrested Aman Agarwal (Shree Ji Jewellery) and presented him before the court. Legal action has been initiated under relevant IPC sections.

उत्तर प्रदेश के झांसी से एक सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है, जहाँ झांसी के नामी ज्वेलरी बिजनेसमैन (Shree Ji Jwellery) के बेटे Aman Agarwal को होटल की महिला स्टाफ से छेड़छाड़ और मारपीट के आरोप में पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। यह घटना होटल के सीसीटीवी कैमरे में साफ नजर आई है, जिसके बाद मामला सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो गया।

वायरल फुटेज में Aman Agarwal दो महिलाओं के साथ होटल में प्रवेश करता दिख रहा है। नशे की हालत में वह होटल बार की रिसेप्शनिस्ट से बातचीत करता है और उसका हाथ पकड़कर गाल पर किस करता हुआ नजर आता है। पत्रकार सचिन गुप्ता द्वारा साझा वीडियो में यह सब साफ दिखाई देता है।

एक अन्य फुटेज में अमन लिफ्ट की तरफ जाते हुए दोबारा रुकता है और रिसेप्शनिस्ट का हाथ पकड़कर जबरन उसके गाल पर किस करता है। इस दौरान पीड़िता स्पष्ट रूप से असहज और परेशान दिखती है।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, महिला स्टाफ ने Aman Agarwal के खिलाफ छेड़छाड़ व अनुचित व्यवहार की शिकायत दर्ज कराई। शिकायत के बाद झांसी के नवाबाद थाना पुलिस ने अमन को गिरफ्तार कर कोर्ट में पेश किया, जहाँ उसके खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं में कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू की गई।

यह मामला झांसी के प्रभावशाली Agarwal परिवार, जो शहर में ज्वेलरी व्यवसाय के लिए जाना जाता है, को लेकर भी चर्चा में है। सोशल मीडिया पर लोग सवाल उठा रहे हैं कि अमीर कारोबारियों के बेटों द्वारा बढ़ते दुर्व्यवहार के मामलों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई कब होगी।
