Supreme Court ने Digital Arrest पर दिखाई सख्ती, Pakistani Connection से मचा हड़कंप

Manish Kumar Ankur | New Delhi : In a landmark move, the Supreme Court of India has taken serious note of the rapidly spreading digital arrest scams that have defrauded people across the country. The apex court on Tuesday indicated that the investigation into these cybercrime cases may soon be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a nationwide coordinated probe.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने देशभर में तेजी से फैल रहे डिजिटल अरेस्ट घोटालों पर सख्त रुख अपनाया है। कोर्ट ने संकेत दिए हैं कि इन मामलों की जांच अब सीबीआई (CBI) को सौंपी जा सकती है ताकि इन संगठित साइबर अपराधों की सच्चाई की तह तक पहुंचा जा सके।

A bench comprising Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi has sought details from all states and Union Territories regarding FIRs filed in such scams. The court observed that the menace of digital arrest frauds is eroding public trust in law and justice.

न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत और न्यायमूर्ति जॉयमल्या बागची की पीठ ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से ऐसे मामलों में दर्ज FIR की पूरी जानकारी मांगी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि यह अपराध न केवल आर्थिक नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं बल्कि जनता के न्याय तंत्र पर भरोसे को भी कमजोर कर रहे हैं।

Pakistan Connection Exposed / पाकिस्तान कनेक्शन का खुलासा

What has shocked the authorities is the Pakistan link emerging from multiple investigations. According to intelligence inputs, several of these scams are allegedly being operated by Pakistani nationals with support from Indian collaborators who rent or open bank accounts for them.

सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि इस पूरे रैकेट में पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों की भूमिका सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, यह नेटवर्क भारत में बैठे कुछ लोगों की मदद से चलाया जा रहा है, जो अपने बैंक अकाउंट किराए पर देकर या उनके नाम पर खोलकर इन अपराधियों की मदद करते हैं।

During the hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court that the cyber fraud network also extends to Myanmar and Thailand, suggesting a larger international nexus.

सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कोर्ट को बताया कि इन साइबर ठगी की जड़ें म्यांमार और थाईलैंड जैसे विदेशी ठिकानों तक फैली हुई हैं, जो एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय नेटवर्क की ओर इशारा करती हैं।

CBI Action Plan Ordered / CBI से एक्शन प्लान मांगा गया

The Supreme Court directed the CBI to prepare a concrete action plan and submit it to the court soon. It also stated that the progress of the investigation will be monitored by the Supreme Court itself.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को निर्देश दिया है कि वह एक ठोस एक्शन प्लान तैयार करे और जल्द कोर्ट के सामने पेश करे। कोर्ट ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि जांच की प्रगति की निगरानी खुद सुप्रीम कोर्ट करेगा।

This suo motu action was initiated after a shocking case in Ambala, Haryana, where an elderly couple was scammed of ₹1.05 crore after being shown fake judicial documents and threatened with a “digital arrest.”

यह मामला तब चर्चा में आया जब हरियाणा के अंबाला में एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक दंपति से 1.05 करोड़ रुपये की ठगी की गई। उन्हें फर्जी न्यायिक आदेश दिखाकर डिजिटल अरेस्ट का डर दिखाया गया।

The next hearing is scheduled for November 3, and the entire nation is watching closely to see whether the CBI can unravel the international web of digital arrest scams stretching from Pakistan to Southeast Asia.

इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 3 नवंबर को होगी, और देशभर की निगाहें इस बात पर टिकी हैं कि क्या CBI इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय साइबर घोटाले की जड़ तक पहुंच पाएगी, जो पाकिस्तान से लेकर दक्षिण-पूर्व एशिया तक फैला हुआ है।
