Former Bollywood actress Mamta Kulkarni has once again found herself at the center of controversy—this time over her shocking remarks about underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. During an event in Gorakhpur, Mamta stated that “Dawood is not a terrorist and he didn’t carry out any bomb blasts.
”Her statement has sparked outrage across political and religious circles.
Reacting sharply, transgender Jagadguru Himangi Sakhi accused Mamta of being a “puppet of Dawood Ibrahim” and demanded an official investigation into her connections.
“She calls herself a Mahamandaleshwar, but she is misusing Sanatan Dharma for her own benefit,” Himangi Sakhi alleged.
Meanwhile, the founder of the Ujjain-based Kinnar Akhada, Rishi Ajay Das, also criticized Mamta Kulkarni and former Kinnar Akhada Acharya Laxmi Narayan Tripathi.
He accused both of tarnishing the dignity of the Akhada by wearing “fake saffron robes.” In a formal statement, Ajay Das announced that Laxmi Narayan Tripathi should be removed from her post, asserting that the Prayagraj High Court had recognized him as the rightful founder of the Akhada and that it was officially registered under his name.
The entire controversy has raised serious questions: Is this clash between religion, Bollywood, and the underworld just a war of words—or part of a larger conspiracy? Does Mamta Kulkarni’s statement hide a deeper agenda?
As the debate heats up, all eyes are now on the government and investigation agencies to see if they take action against Mamta Kulkarni. Meanwhile, social media is flooded with reactions, videos, and debates featuring both Mamta and Himangi Sakhi.
