DSP कल्पना रघुवंशी ने अपनी सहेली के घर में डाल दिया डांका, 2 लाख रुपए नगद और मोबाइल फोन उड़ाया

Bhopal News | Khabar 24 Express : मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल से पुलिस विभाग की साख हिलाने वाली एक सनसनीखेज घटना सामने आई है। यहां पदस्थ महिला उप पुलिस अधीक्षक (डीएसपी) कल्पना रघुवंशी पर अपनी ही सहेली के घर चोरी करने का संगीन आरोप लगा है।

जहांगीराबाद थाना पुलिस के मुताबिक, प्रमिला तिवारी नाम की महिला ने शिकायत दी कि 24 सितंबर को जब वह अपनी बेटी के साथ घर पर थीं, तभी कोई उनके कमरे से बैग चोरी कर ले गया। बैग में ₹2 लाख नकद और एक महंगा मोबाइल फोन रखा था।

शक होने पर जब प्रमिला ने अपने घर के CCTV फुटेज देखे तो वह दंग रह गईं। फुटेज में उनकी सहेली और डीएसपी कल्पना रघुवंशी घर में प्रवेश करती और कुछ समय बाद हाथ में नोटों की गड्डी लेकर निकलती हुई नजर आईं।

इस खुलासे के बाद प्रमिला तिवारी ने थाने में नामजद रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। पुलिस जांच में मामला सही पाया गया और अब डीएसपी कल्पना रघुवंशी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली गई है।

एसीपी बिट्टू शर्मा ने बताया कि शिकायत दर्ज होने की भनक लगते ही डीएसपी ने चोरी किया मोबाइल तो लौटा दिया, लेकिन दो लाख रुपये नकद अब तक वापस नहीं किए हैं।

वहीं, पुलिस मुख्यालय ने भी महिला डीएसपी को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब तलब किया है। यह मामला अब पूरे राज्य में चर्चा का विषय बन गया है।

भोपाल पुलिस के लिए यह घटना एक बड़ी चुनौती बन गई है क्योंकि यह आरोप उन अधिकारियों पर लगे हैं जो खुद कानून लागू करते हैं।

A shocking case from Bhopal has rocked the Madhya Pradesh Police Department. A woman Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) — Kalpana Raghuvanshi — has been accused of stealing ₹2 lakh in cash and a mobile phone from her own friend’s house.

According to the Jahangirabad Police, complainant Pramila Tiwari, who lives in Galla Mandi area, stated that the incident took place on September 24 when she was at home with her daughter. While she was taking a bath, someone entered her room and took away a bag containing cash and a mobile phone.

When Pramila checked the CCTV footage, she was stunned to see her close friend, DSP Kalpana Raghuvanshi, entering the house and later leaving with a bundle of currency notes in her hand.

Following the revelation, an FIR was registered against the DSP after thorough verification by the Jahangirabad police.

ACP Bittu Sharma confirmed that after learning about the complaint, the accused DSP returned the stolen mobile phone but did not return the ₹2 lakh cash.

Meanwhile, the Police Headquarters has issued a notice to DSP Raghuvanshi and initiated an internal probe into the incident.

The case has sparked outrage across the state and raised serious questions about the integrity of law enforcement officers in Madhya Pradesh.
