Ashtekar began his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University before earning a Master of Science from Baylor University in Texas, USA. During his time there, he developed a cutting-edge computational model to predict thermal and electrical failures in thin-film carbon nanotube structures — research that was later published and presented at prestigious international ASME conferences.

Over the past decade and a half, Ashtekar has led numerous high-impact digital transformation projects across the United States and Canada. His expertise in implementing CRM and ERP systems for multinational companies has significantly improved efficiency, reduced costs, and boosted customer conversion rates. At Amur Financial Group, his leadership played a crucial role in enhancing loan conversion while modernizing core enterprise systems.
