An illiterate father and son committed a scam of Rs 10,000 crores in Rajasthan

A scam happened in Rajasthan which created a stir in the entire state. Not one or two but thousands of FIRs were filed against the scammers. In 10 years, an illiterate father and son cheated people of 10 thousand crores rupees. Such a fraud that everyone was shocked to hear about and started wondering whether someone with almost no education could commit such a big scam?

Fraudsters from Rajasthan have orchestrated a massive scam worth Rs 10,000 crore, deceiving individuals by promising profits in the share market. Over the span of eight years, these criminals have lured victims through a deceptive mobile app, leading to significant financial losses.

The most fraud has been committed in Maharashtra-Karnataka. The app for the fraud was created by youths from the Sri Ganganagar district. In the case, the Sri Ganganagar police have arrested Lajpat Arya and his son Deepak Arya Nayak, residents of Ambika Enclave Second.

They have seized a luxury car worth 85 lakh, 10 lakh in cash, 6 mobile phones, and 3 CPUs from them. The accused have purchased bungalows and other properties worth crores in Jaipur along with Sri Ganganagar. Four accused from the gang are absconding. Among them is Lajpat Arya’s son Ajay Arya.

Sri Ganganagar SP Gaurav Yadav stated that the accused had developed a software application named Capmore FX. The accused used to teach people how to invest in the stock market.

For this, they conducted seminars in cities of Karnataka and Maharashtra to attract customers. They provided training for 15 to 20 days and charged a registration fee of 10 to 15 thousand in return. Then they made them invest through the app.

The accused would first open accounts for small investments on the software. For example, they would open an account for 1,000 rupees and get the investment done. Then they would return Rs 1,500 to the customer, giving a profit of Rs 500, and prepare them for larger investments. They would then entice them with a commission for bringing in more customers.

In the case registered with Katappa Babu Chauhan’s R, a mobile number of the accused has been mentioned. This number was checked on the Government of India’s Pratibimb app.

It was found that there are 5 cyber fraud complaints against this number in Karnataka and Maharashtra. Upon investigating the first complaint, 75 bank accounts were revealed in which crores of rupees were transferred.

In the fraud case, a complaint was filed by Karnataka resident Kattappa Babu Chauhan at the Sadar police station against the accused for a fraud of 4.50 crores. When CO City Trainee IPS B Aditya investigated, this scam turned out to be very large.

There is information that other accused related to this case have fled to Dubai. These include Deepak’s brother Ajay Arya, Sriganganagar resident Saurabh Chawla, his wife Saloni Chawla, Baljeet Singh from the village of Variyamkheda in Abohar, Punjab, and Karmjeet Singh from Kaliya. It is claimed that this entire scam is worth more than 10 thousand crores.

SP Gaurav Yadav stated that two FIRs have been registered to identify each member of this gang. One in the old population area, which is being investigated by SHO Jyoti, and the other in the Sadar police station, which is being investigated by SHO Subhash.

Information about the movable and immovable property of each person involved in the gang will be collected and presented in court. By the court’s order, all will be seized and auctioned. This amount will be returned to the victims to provide relief.
